Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you have run into an issue with your order and feel a refund, exchange, or store credit is needed, we will gladly assist you with resolving the issue to the fullest. All we ask is that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot extend this return policy to certain items which will need to be returned to the original manufacturer.

What You Should Know

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Special orders, hazmat, and used items are non-returnable. Returned items must be in new and resalable condition, in their original packaging, with no missing parts, with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories to receive full credit. All costs associated with shipping, freight, handling, boxing, and packaging are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed.

At this point, your return request has been submitted to Domain Industries for review. Please allow 24 hours for your return to be reviewed and approved. Most of the time, we get back to you within the hour during normal business hours.
